David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of Fortis CL was pleased to attend this Startup Grind ‘fireside chat’ between Bryan Dove, Chief Technical Officer of Skyscanner and Marian Gadzik, European Director, Startup Grind.

Many topics were discussed including the creation, maintenance and importance of culture within a company. Also what to look for when hiring talent; looking for people who are innovative, trustworthy and who will own a situation or problem.

Bryan and Marian discussed future potential trends within technology including the rise of ‘voice’.

After the discussion there was plenty of time to network with the many attendees and discuss entrepreneurship, growth and technology trends, among other subjects.
