A very good discussion about some of the challenges and opportunities to generate value within the M&A process, with a consideration of how procurement can add value. This included the varying stages within M&A and indeed M&D, including before the deal. Interesting comments regarding compliance and human rights.
Cross-border M&A was covered noting the need to understand and effectively engage with ‘different’ ways of doing business across the globe.
