David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of FortisCL, within his role as Chairman of the Institute of Directors (IoD) London Region was pleased to have been invited to attend this Hong Kong Association Lunch.

It was interesting to speak with the members of the Hong Kong Association and their guests about the strong links between the UK and Hong Kong. Also the opportunities and challenges associated with the One Belt One Road Initiative and how British companies can play a part.

The Guest of Honour was The Rt Hon Mark Field MP, Minister of State for Asia and the Pacific, Foreign and Commonwealth Office. David and Mark Field MP discussed some of the items on the agenda of the IoD London Region’s 6000 members and their companies.
