David Stringer-Lamarre, representing the Institute of Directors, City of London, was very pleased to attend and speak at this event.

He spoke about the origins and purpose of the Institute of Directors and described the organisation of the Institute of Directors, City of London, including its 4 Special Interest Groups: China, Financial Services, Property & Young Executives.

David also discussed some of the challenges and opportunities relating to the EU referendum result. He looked at the need and advantages of effective cross cultural communication for driving forward business success.

Following a comments and questions session David spoke with several of the attendees, who worked in a wide range of sectors.
