David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of FortisCL, within his role as Chairman of the Institute of Directors, London Region, was very pleased to attend the inaugural Women in Banking & FInance (WIBF) Alumni Dinner, held at the Institute of Directors, Pall Mall, London.

The President of WIBF, Vivienne Artz, welcomed the guests and spoke of the contribution of WIBF to the Banking & Finance sector and the women within it.

Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Wessex delivered a thought provoking and engaging speech on the topic of gender parity.

This was followed by facilitated discussions on the tables about the existing position of diversity and inclusion within the sector and future strategies to increase the participation of women at all levels.
