David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of FortisCL, within his role as Chairman of the Institute of Directors, London Region was pleased to attend the annual Institute of Directors (IoD), City of London, dinner with the All Party Parliamentary China Group.

This occasion provides an opportunity for business people to interact with each other and law makers from the House of Commons and the House of Lords.

The welcome address was provided by Sir Geoffrey Clifton-Brown MP, Deputy Chairman of the All Party Parliamentary China Group.

A response was delivered by the Chairman of IoD City of London, Alderman Alastair King.

Following an introduction my John McLean OBE, Vice Chairman of IoD City of London the key note address was given by Madame Bao Ling, Minister Counsellor, Embassy of China.

The Chairman of the IoD City of London, Mei Sim Lai OBE DSL provided an update on the activities of this IoD Special Interest Group.
