David Stringer-Lamarre, Managing Director of FortisCL and Chairman of the Institute of Directors, London Region, was pleased to be a panel member for a discussion of ‘The Buck Stops Here: The Role of Leadership’.

During David’s introductory comments I spoke about: diversity is ‘good for business’; leaders ‘need to lead’ by example and have diversity in their own ranks, it should not be about ‘why’ but ‘how’ and the need to work on building and supporting a diverse talent pipeline.
