‘Women in Art and Business – moving the dial.’ David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of FortisCL, within his role as Master Glaziers was very pleased to host this 100+ attendee engaging multi-partner event at Glaziers Hall.

The Worshipful Company of Glaziers and Painters of Glass in partnership with Institute of Directors (IoD) Glass Ceiling Group, Worshipful Company of International Bankers, The Worshipful Company Of Wheelwrights and Bridge Ward Club.

The welcome address was delivered by Dr Theodora Kalentzi, The Mistress Glazier and Women’s Healthcare Advisor, IoD Glass Ceiling Group. This was followed by myself, Vanessa Dal Busco Chair IoD Glass Ceiling Group, Jason Van Praagh Master International Banker, Nigel Biggs Master Wheelwright and John Gavin Chair Bridge Ward Club.

David said “We were privileged to listen to three high achievers sharing their thoughts, experiences and observations: Gina Miller, Helen Whittaker FMGP and Jane Platt. The session was expertly moderated by Vanessa Dal Busco. The speakers kindly responded to questions from the audience and spoke with many people during the networking in the famous River Room overlooking the Thames and the City of London.”
