David Stringer-Lamarre, within his role as Chairman of the Institute of Directors, City of London was pleased to attend this Chinese New Year Reception in the House of Lords.

It was organised by the London School of Economics, Confucius Institute for Business London (CIBL). It provided a very festive and convivial opportunity to not only hear about the Chinese New Year of the Rooster, but also to discuss various subjects relating to China and the UK
