London Livery Weekend, Glasgow 2023. David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of Fortis Consulting London and Master, The Worshipful Company of Glaziers and Painters of Glass said “It was a great pleasure to accompany The Rt Hon The Lord Mayor of London Nicholas Lyons, the Sheriffs and 100+ livery and regional companies.

“The Gala Dinner was held in the famous Glasgow City Chambers. I was very pleased to meet The Lord Provost and Lord Lieutenant of Glasgow Jacqueline Mclaren. The weekend was kindly organised by The Trades House of Glasgow and its 14 Trade Incorporations and Associated Companies. The Trades House was established by an Act of Parliament in 1604.

“It was a very good opportunity to meet and speak with the leaders of the various Trade Houses and other Masters of livery and regional companies.”
