David Stringer-Lamarre, within his role as Chairman of the Institute of Directors (IoD), City of London, along with other members of the Committee, to welcome a delegation from the Thai Institute of Directors. The delegation was led by Dr Bandid Nijathaworn, President of the Thai Institute of Directors.

Both organisations are members of the Global Network of Director Institutes.

David delivered a presentation outlining the structure and work of IoD City of London. This was followed by a presentation on the City of London Corporation delivered by Ben Cackett, Head of Global Exports & Investment. Dr Bandid Nijathaworn provided a presentation upon the activities and organisation of Thai Institute of Directors.

A questions and comments session followed the presentations. Lots of conversations about commerce involving the two countries.
