Institute of Directors (IoD) Africa Group Festive Dinner in the City of London, supported by Grant Thornton Bharat LLP. A great evening discussing international trade possibilities for 2024 and beyond.

David Stringer-Lamarre, MD, Fortis Consulting London, was very pleased to attend this gathering and exchange thoughts about international trade with the other attendees; including extolling the City of London’s expertise in financial and professional services.

David said “It was enlightening to listen to an address from His Excellency Mr Manoah Esipisu, High Commissioner for Kenya. Joel Popoola, Chair, IoD Africa Group, provided a review of the many activities of the Group during 2023 and a glimpse of plans for 2024. Andrew Lambert, Chair, IoD International Trade Group, spoke about several aspects of cross-border trade and associated opportunities. It was good to catch up with Cllr. Biyi Oloko, Vice Chair IoD Africa Group and Tkeyah-Renee Hipplewith.”
