High Commission of Nigeria – Institute of Directors (IoD) Africa Special Interest Group. David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of FortisCL, was pleased to deliver a presentation regarding the City of London and international trade.

David said “Joel Popoola Chair IoD Africa Group led a group of Institute of Directors (IoD) members to the High Commission where we were warmly hosted by the High Commissioner of Nigeria, His Excellency Sarafa Tunji Isola.

“Amaechi Nsofor delivered a presentation on the work of the IoD Africa Group. This was followed by Andrew Lambert who spoke about the activities of the IoD International Trade Group, of which he is Chair. Vanessa Dal Busco, Chair, IoD Glass Ceiling Group, introduced Ibilola Amao Ph.D FEI FNSE FIoD FAEng who shared some of her thoughts regarding ‘Women in STEM’.

“Also present were the IoD ERP/Digital group, represented by Joel Singh and the Institute of Directors (IoD) Japan Group, represented by Dr Indranil Nath and Rie Hamaguchi.”
