IoD Glass Ceiling Group – Financial Conduct Authority Diversity Targets at Fieldfisher. David Stringer-Lamarre, MD, Fortis Consulting London, was very pleased to attend this informative event.

Stephanie Boyce FKC, FRSA opened with a speech entitled ‘Haven’t we been here before?’ Lily Searle of Fieldfisher spoke about what the targets means for boards and companies. Ranjit Dhindsa of Fieldfisher outlined some of the employment law around the rules and what it could mean for candidates.
