David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of FortisCL, within his role as a member of the Executive Committee of the British Malaysian Society (BMS) was pleased to attend this high energy and colourful event held at Killik & Co in Mayfair.

An opening address was delivered by BMS Chairman Mei Sim Lai OBE DL. This was followed by a welcome speech by Nigel Fenner-Fownes of Killik & Co.

• Lakshmi Kaul delivered a presentation on the Importance of Diwali in India and Business Perspectives
• Teynmoli  Yogalingam, with the assistance of four models from the audience demonstrated how to wear a saree
