City of London Chamber 1st Anniversary Celebration in the Guildhall. An important milestone and an excellent occasion hosted by Alderman Prem Goyal OBE the Founding Chair.

David Stringer-Lamarre, MD, FortisCL, was very pleased to attend.

The welcome address was delivered by Liz Henderson, Director of Membership and Events, London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This was followed by a motivational and engaging speech from Alderman Prem Goyal OBE which included an outline of future activities.

The Rt Hon The Lord Mayor Michael Mainelli spoke about the important role of the City of London and his central theme of ‘connect to prosper’. Chris Hayward delivered comments about the City’s positive engagement with international bodies. The City Minister Bim Afolami MP encouraged businesses to be dynamic and innovative, and create a strong and vibrant UK economy.
