‘Brexit – Options and Planning for Intellectual Property’


David Stringer-Lamarre was pleased to attend this Institute of Directors event which was focused on the future of the intellectual property landscape for companies as the UK exits the EU. This event was supported by the Intellectual Property Awareness Network.

There was a discussion of the consequences of different scenarios/outcomes for businesses and a consideration of practical measures firms should be taking to identify their IP exposure to Brexit and mitigating strategies.
