“On display in the ante room were a number of hats which won awards as part of the Annual Feltmakers’ Design Competition. First prize went to Richard Basa.

“There were many very good speeches including by Lord Mayor Locum Tenens Sir William Russell, The Master Feltmaker and Upper Warden Jeremy Bedford.
