The British Malaysian Society (BMS) Christmas Party at Park City Grand Plaza Hotel London; end of 40th anniversary year. David Stringer-Lamarre, Fortis Consulting London, Chair BMS International Trade Group, was pleased to speak.

David said “I was pleased to make some remarks about the recent trade delegation visit to Malaysia, including our great friendship with the Malaysian British Society (Chair is Amarjeet S GHAI) and British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (BMCC) (CEO is Jennifer Lopez).

“I also mentioned my work with the IoD International Trade Group (Chair is Andrew Lambert, Vice Chairs are Vanessa Dal Busco & Nick Jordan).

Fortis Consulting London is active in business development with Malaysia, the UK and third countries.”

Mei Sim Lai OBE DL, Chair, The British Malaysian Society, provided a summary of the events during our 40th anniversary year and spoke about planned activities in 2025. Mei Sim welcomed new member Agnes Xavier-Phillips JP DL, Master, The Worshipful Livery Company of Wales, who kindly responded.

Jane Chelliah-Manning MBE spoke about MyHeart by Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp); the hub for Global Malaysian Talents.
