David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of Fortis CL was pleased to attend this event at Cass Business School, London, which was pertinent given Fortis Cl’s work with professional services firm.

Professor Empson, Director of the Cass Centre for Professional Service Firms, presented some of the major ideas from her book. She then joined a discussion chaired by Stefan Stern, Visiting Professor of Practice at Cass Business School, featuring three senior leaders of global professional service firms:
