The establishment of the Centre represents an important milestone for UK corporate governance. It provides an opportunity to bring together a range of stakeholders with a common interest in governance, stewardship and ESG issues. Working groups have already been established on Sustainable Capitalism, Stakeholder Governance, and the Implications of Artificial Intelligence and other Emerging Technologies for Corporate Governance.
