David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of FortisCL, was pleased to attend the Online Briefing on “Two Sessions” 2021 with Minister Yang Xiaoguang, Chargé d’Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in the UK. This was organised by The 48 Group Club – ‘The Icebreakers’, The Chinese Chamber of Commerce in the UK and the China-Britain Business Council.

The Welcome Address was delivered by Fang Wenjian, Chairman of the CCCUK. The Opening Speech by Sir Sherard Cowper-Coles, Chair of China-Britain Business Council.

The Keynote Speech was made by Minister Yang Xiaoguang, Chargé d’Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in the UK. The Minster kindly replied to various questions submitted by the attendees.

Closing Remarks were made by Stephen Perry, Chairman of the The 48 Group Club – ‘The Icebreakers’.
