The IoD partnered with KPMG and WhiteHat in setting out the key elements of the Apprenticeship Levy, and specifically seeing how some of the 14000 annual Service Leavers might be able to use their skills moving into the civilian World, especially the new digital specialisations. There was a fascinating and experienced set of speakers: including Robert Nitsch, COO of the Institute of Apprenticeships and Technical Education, Commodore Mike Cameron of the Ministry of Defence, Matt Worman of KPMG and CEO of White Hat Euan Blair, which specialises in digital entrepreneurship.
