David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of FortisCL and Chairman of the Institute of Directors, London Region, was pleased to attend this event at the University of Northampton.

A keynote speech was delivered by Minister Counsellor Madame Bao Ling of the Embassy of China. Dr Shaowei He, University of Northampton, presented his thoughts about regional growth within China.

A panel session and round table discussed the best approach for engagement between UK regions, specifically in this case Northamptonshire, and China.
