The 12 Powers of a Marketing Leader

David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of FortisCL, was pleased to attend this Imperial College Business School Alumni event delivered by Thomas Barta based on his book ‘The 12 Powers of a Marketing Leader’.

Thomas spoke about the need for effective marketers to be effective leaders within their organisations. Also about the need to generate ‘buy-in’ from colleagues and to generate trust in their ideas. This would involve appealing both the the ‘head and to the heart’.

He noted that it was important to ‘listen – decide – communicate’.
