David Stringer-Lamarre, MD of FortisCL and a member of the ’48 Group – The Icebreakers’ was pleased to attend this lecture at Chatham House in London.

This ‘Icebreaker’ Lecture was delivered by Zhou Xiaochuan, who was the Governor of the People’s Bank of China (2002 – 2018). Zhou Xiaochuan provided in-depth comments on China’s financial sector.
