David Stringer-Lamarre, within his role as Chairman of the Institute of Directors, City of London was pleased to meet a high level delegation from, Jiading, Shanghai.

A welcome speech was provided by Alderman The Lord Mountevans, Lord Mayor of the City of London 2015/16.
