David Stringer-Lamarre, within his role as Chairman of the Institute of Directors, City of London was pleased to have been invited to attend the Innovate Finance Global Summit Dinner held at the Mansion House.

The welcome speech was made by Lord Mayor Locum Tenens Alderman Sir Alan Yarrow who noted the City’s prowess and deep interest in Financial Technology. He made the point that the Lord Mayor and his team is keen to promote financial services across the United Kingdom.

Lawrence Wintermeyer, CEO, Innovate Finance spoke about the high calibre of the speakers and panel members attending the Global Summit. Lawrence mentioned the deep domain expertise and business insight that the event combines.

The evening provided a very good opportunity to discuss the day’s events and future developments within FinTech.
