David Stringer-Lamarre was pleased to attend this British Malaysian Society event held at the London Capital Club in the City of London.

Peter Hadsley-Chaplin, Chairman of MP Evans plc, who has worked in the the palm oil industry for many years provided a most comprehensive presentation of the subject of ‘100 years of Palm Oil – its outlook and sustainability for the future’.

He looked at the history of palm oil production in South East Asia and the evolution of the sustainability agenda, as well as looking at the economic framework, including some future gazing.
